Erika Sanchez, MEd
AzEIP Support Coordinator
Developmental Special Instructionist


Erika is the Lead AzEIP Coordinator/Developmental Special Instructionist/Service Coordinator for NRTA. She attended Northern Arizona University to obtain her Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science. She then attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University to obtain her Master of Education in Early Intervention and Child Development. She has been working for 10+ years in family services and working with individuals with special needs. She has over 33 years of personal experience supporting and loving a special-needs member of her family. Erika has previously worked 8+ years for Inspire HomeCare. She specializes in Early Intervention and is fluent in the Spanish language. Erika provides services for clients in Flagstaff, Williams, Grand Canyon, and Hopi communities.

Thea Harbin, LMSW
AzEIP Support Coordinator
AzEIP Social Worker


Thea earned a Bachelor of Social Work from Northern Arizona University in 2007. She went on to earn a Masters of Social Work from Arizona State University in 2016. Thea has over 15 years of experience in the field of social work. She specializes in serving families of children with developmental disabilities or who are medically fragile.  Thea serves AzEIP families in Flagstaff, Williams, the Grand Canyon, and Page.

​Shannon Cosner
​AzEIP Support Coordinator
Developmental Special Instructionist
Shannon earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Arizona University in 1997. She is the Business Manager of NRTA. She is also a Developmental Special Instructionist with the Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP). Shannon is a certified infant massage therapist and teaches infant massage at NRTA. She has been with NRTA in some capacity since 2004. As of July 1, 2011 Shannon and her husband Tom have been the owners of NRTA. She is also a full-time mom and chauffeur to their two beautiful daughters, Aspen and Rowan.
