Erika Sanchez
AzEIP Support Coordinator
Developmental Special Instructionist


Erika earned a Bachelor of Science Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University in 2017. She has worked in case management and program coordination for well over 6 years. She has managed over 90 members at one time and specializes in working with families. Erika is focused on providing quality care that is specific to the needs of the individual. Erika’s passion is to help individuals reach their full potential. Erika has had over 10 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. She speaks Spanish fluently.

Thea Harbin, LMSW
AzEIP Support Coordinator
AzEIP Social Worker


Thea earned a Bachelor of Social Work from Northern Arizona University in 2007. She went on to earn a Masters of Social Work from Arizona State University in 2016. Thea has over 15 years of experience in the field of social work. She specializes in serving families of children with developmental disabilities or who are medically fragile.  Thea serves AzEIP families in Flagstaff, Williams, the Grand Canyon, and Page.

​Shannon Cosner
​AzEIP Support Coordinator
Developmental Special Instructionist
Shannon earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Arizona University in 1997. She is the Business Manager of NRTA. She is also a Developmental Special Instructionist with the Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP). Shannon is a certified infant massage therapist and teaches infant massage at NRTA. She has been with NRTA in some capacity since 2004. As of July 1, 2011 Shannon and her husband Tom have been the owners of NRTA. She is also a full-time mom and chauffeur to their two beautiful daughters, Aspen and Rowan.
