CareersOur headquarters is located in Flagstaff, AZ, a town situated at the base of the San Francisco Peaks, directly off the historic Route 66. The town is home to approximately 50,000 people and Northern Arizona University. Flagstaff has four distinct seasons with summers in the mid 80s and moderate winters. Therapists working in town generally will see clients in schools and homes in the community as well as at our office. Therapists would be required to travel 2-3 days per week to the Navajo and/or Hopi Indian Reservations to treat clients in addition to their local caseload.

Salaries range from $28.00 to $42.00 per hour, dependent upon experience. Benefits for full time employees include paid health insurance, $500.00 per year for continuing education of your choice, and Earned Paid Time Off. Employees may contribute toward a simple IRA program where the employer contributes an additional 2 % of the annual salary. Therapists are paid for all driving and paperwork time at the same rate. A mileage reimbursement of $0.55 per mile is also provided or rental cars/ company cars are available. Motel and meals are reimbursed for overnight stays. Part-time and subcontractor positions are also available.
